This is another excerpt from my YouTube channel “In my car with my cigar”.
“Insidious it is” (Referring to my Cigar choice for this episode)
This is early in my series of post and at the time I am still trying to figure out my format.
There are things that I want to explore such as do I want to do a cigar Tutorial or go right into the subject for the day.
There are many “Cigar” people on YouTube and I am wanting to create a unique style along with many of my life experiences so bare with me.
One more thing:
I found myself busy with other projects at times and would make 2 or 3 vids to post weekly to be consistent while building an audience.
We’re talking about our journey today
1.) The obstacle is only appearing Impossible , because you are filled with doubt even though you have conditioned yourself against doubt.
2.) The Mountain only seems high because you are standing on the ground.
3.) The journey appears so difficult and far because you are standing still.
Because you are filled with self doubt and are challenging yourself over and over again to “Cut this disease out” (The Disease Is Fear)
There are a lot of acronyms in our social and religious communities for the word Fear.
False Evidence Appearing Real.
Forget Everything And Run.
Face Everything And Rise.allacronyma.com
I believe that Fear is a very real thing and I also believe that it can only exist inside of you and me.
There is no space for fear to exist outside of the human body or consciousness or our minds.
Fear doesn’t exist and it doesn’t have the power to attract or bind and therefore doesn’t connect in any other realm.
Or does it?
So you have to not so much get rid of (or ignore)it. It’s like a sign that I use to see at this Dentist office which read,
“IF YOU IGNORE YOUR TEETH,THEY’LL GO AWAY “
One Way to deal with fear:
Sometimes you have to ignore fear because we all have that feeling that come to us when we deal with difficult situations.
That feeling of anxiety or excitement that we get when we speak, like now “I am speaking in this video”
A panic attack is when you feel overwhelmed by the physical and mental feelings of fear – the signs listed under ‘What do fear and anxiety feel like?’ People who have panic attacks say that they find it hard to breathe, and they may worry that they’re having a heart attack or are going to lose control of their body.mentalhealth,org.uk
Your heart beats very fast – maybe it feels irregular
2.) You breathe very fast
3.) Your muscles feel weak
4.) You sweat a lot
5.) Your stomach churns or your bowels 6.) feel loose
7.) You find it hard to concentrate on anything else
8.) You feel dizzy
9.) You feel frozen to the spot
10.) You can’t eat
11.) You have hot and cold sweats
12.) You get a dry mouth
13.) You get very tense muscles
I mentioned to one of my friends that I enjoyed the idea of taking my videos and turning them to text because I can further explain and add addition (Nugget) to the episode.
This is one of the occasions where I am able to provide good resources to help us grow together.
How To Deal:
The first thing that I would like to say is “Get Help”
Speak to a professional. Stress and Anxiety is nothing to play with
Exercising helps me. I found this Online.
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress.
It might seem contradictory, but putting physical stress on your body through exercise can help relieve mental stress.
And the benefits are strongest when you exercise regularly. People who exercise regularly are less likely to experience anxiety than those who don’t exercise (1).
There are a few reasons behind this:
Stress hormones: Exercise lowers your body’s stress hormones in the long run, such as cortisol. It also helps release endorphins, which are chemicals that improve your mood and act as natural painkillers.
Sleep: Exercise can also improve your sleep quality, which can be negatively affected by stress and anxiety.
Confidence: When you exercise regularly, you may feel more competent and confident in your body, which in turn promotes mental well-being.
Try to find an activity you enjoy, such as walking, dancing, rock climbing or yoga.
Activities that use repetitive movements of large muscle groups, such as walking or jogging, can be particularly stress relieving.
As I mentioned earlier,I am not immuned, even as I’m speaking to you on this video
I feel a case of nerves and uneasiness.
Mainly because I have no script or notes. I sometimes ask myself what comes next and I do it all in one take.
Excuse me while I pat myself on the back.
Okay I’m done.
But really this is a natural human response.
It is inescapable “Fear” is all around us
Our jobs, whether you are a supervisor or a salesman.
Parents may have to deal with uncertainty about children route home.
Everyone has to deal with “Fear “…
Sometimes it is also important to allow fear to hang around.
Don’t ignore it and don’t embrace it…
Just allow it to be present and move around it,in order to do the things that we must accomplish. Something The was never done before.
Like being “GREAT” or doing something perceived and “IMPOSSIBLE”
We must alway remind ourselves that fear isn’t real (except in our minds)
Just like you believe something will happen you can disbelieve it will happen.
Our challenge is while Fear is real, at the same time it isn’t.
And just like any other bully “ If you give in.
-IT OWNS YOU-
